The band
Sweeney Todd is a Canadian glam rock band formed in Vancouver in the early 1970s. After releasing two studio albums and several singles, the band broke up in 1978. They re-united in 2000 and made a cross-Canada tour. Since then, they performed at various music festivals.
Nick Gilder as well as Bryan Adams, his replacement as a lead vocalist, each pursued a solo career after leaving the band.
